China Food : Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks

Materials for Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks:
2 duck meat, chest
1 piece of onion
1 tbsp garlic finely
3 leeks
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 tsp wine
The saltiness seasoning:
1 tsp cornflour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp soy sauce
½ tsp pepper

Seasoning for Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks:
½ tsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp soy sauce
⅓ tsp sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
How to cook Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks:
Rinse the duck meat, cut into thin strips, add seasoning saltiness, let stand for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin strips.
