China Food : Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks
Materials
for Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks:

duck meat, chest

piece of onion

The
saltiness seasoning:

tsp cornflour

tsp salt

tsp soy sauce

tsp pepper
Seasoning
for Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks:

tsp dark soy sauce
½
tsp soy sauce
⅓
tsp sugar

tablespoon cornflour
How
to cook Sauteed Onions with Meat Ducks:
Rinse
the duck meat, cut into thin strips, add seasoning saltiness, let stand for 30
minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Peel
the onion, wash and cut into thin strips.
Rinse
the leek and cut into pieces.
Pour
½ tablespoon of the oil in the frying pan hot, add the onions and saute until
fragrant, add a little salt, remove and set aside.
Pour
½ tablespoon of the oil in the skillet is hot, add the garlic and ginger,
stir-fry until fragrant. Enter the duck meat, stir-fry until cooked. ADD onion,
herbs and scallions, sauteed flat and sprinkle with wine. Sauteed Onions with
duck meat ready to serve.
